Terms of Use
These terms cover the TechStack iPhone app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app
TechStack is a personal notebook for software projects, architecture, encrypted credentials, and cost tracking. It is provided for your own use on devices you own or control.
No account
TechStack does not create a Nutiverse account. Your data stays on the device, and in your iCloud account only if you turn sync on. Apple’s terms apply to the App Store download and to iCloud.
Your content
You keep ownership of the projects, notes, credentials, and costs you enter. You are responsible for what you store and for any use of the optional local MCP server on your network.
Acceptable use
Do not use TechStack to store or share data you are not allowed to hold, or to attack, scan, or access systems without authorization. The local MCP server is meant for assistants you pair on your own Wi-Fi.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” Nutiverse does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, Nutiverse is not liable for lost data, lost secrets, or damages arising from use of the app.
Privacy
How the app treats data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
