Terms of Service

These terms cover the MCP Studio iPhone app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

MCP Studio is a developer tool for connecting to Model Context Protocol servers, inspecting tools, running tests, and chatting with AI providers using keys you supply. It is provided for your own use on devices you own or control.

No account

MCP Studio does not create a Nutiverse account. Your configurations, keys, and history stay on the device except when the app talks to servers or providers you configure. Apple’s terms apply to the App Store download and to any purchase.

Your content and third parties

You keep ownership of the servers, keys, prompts, and results you enter. You are responsible for the MCP servers you connect to, the API keys you use, any costs those providers charge, and for using the app only on systems you are allowed to access.

Acceptable use

Do not use MCP Studio to attack, scan, or access systems without authorization, or to store or send data you are not allowed to hold. You must follow the terms of any MCP server and AI provider you use through the app.

Subscriptions

MCP Studio Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple: $2.99 per month (with a 3-day free trial) or $19.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Without Premium, use is limited (for example one server, a daily test cap, and chat locked). Limits may change; the app shows the current limits.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” Nutiverse does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, Nutiverse is not liable for lost data, third-party AI or MCP costs, or issues caused by servers you connect to.

Privacy

How the app treats data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
